Valentine's Day Blitz: Day 5 Homemade Chocolate Kisses

Few things scream Valentine's Day more than the iconic Hershey's Kisses. And here I thought it couldn't get any better - then I saw this awesome recipe from Bakerella (love, love, love this website).
